Kim is exceptional! She has helped us every single step of the way with selling our home in STA. She's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. My husband and I have been out of town and she's gone the extra mile to help us follow up with the inspection results, as well as arrange for staging services and a painter. She was very patient with me and my husband. We started talking with her two years before we sold our home. She met with us in person, answered phone calls, texts, and emails. Kim is SPECIAL. I?ve bought three homes and I?ve never had an experience as amazing as the one she curated. My wife and I went down to FL to ?just look?, we left 4 days later with the home of our dreams? waterfront, playrooms for the kids, gorgeous community. She saw threw what we were asking for (or rather, not asking for) and delivered on what we were REALLY looking for. This made the process of putting a deposit easy because it was so right.
